If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to initiate a free return. We will gladly exchange or refund your socks, no questions asked.
Your socks must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please include your original order number or proof of purchase with your return.
Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper care or use, or loss of socks. However, if your socks develop a defect due to a manufacturing error, we will replace them free of charge.
We only offer free US returns. If you are located outside the United States, you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return. Additionally, our lifetime guarantee still applies to all returns, as described in our lifetime guarantee policy.
